Free Little Minds was created to make meditation engaging, relatable and fun for children of all ages. Each meditation is specifically designed for each age group, and spoken and guided by a child in the same age group.
The meditations are based on the ancient practices of using the breath, awareness and the heart to develop feelings of calm and joy in the body and mind. They can also help to improve sleep, resilience, creativity, focus and reduce anxiety and stress.
There are three meditation age groups: 5 years and under, 6-12 years and teenagers.
